Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns for purchased goods within 7 days of their delivery. Please note that we will refund you only for goods that have not been used, (we may make an exception where a small amount was used for testing purposes) and still in their original packaging and without any damages.

The courier for returning goods will be paid for by the buyer. Upon receipt of goods we will process a refund of the full amount paid for the purchase within 2 working days. We do not accept returns of goods that have been used or the packaging and labels have been damaged. Every transaction is treated on a case by case basis. Please feel free to contact us.
